Your are back to Make New Connection . In the first box type PowerNet to identify the ISP you wish to connect to. In the Select a device box, make sure it is the type of modem you have. Then click Next.

In the Telephone Number box, type 30053500. In the Country code box, select Hong Kong SAR, PRC (852). Then click Next.

The screen will say you have succesfully created a new Dial-Up Networking connection called PowerNet. Click on Finish.

Now you should have a new PowerNet icon.

Select the PowerNet icon, then go to File and select Properties.
