Open Microsoft Outlook 2000, as below screen, click on "Tools" --> "Rules Wizard".
As below screen, click on "New" button to create a new rule.
As below screen, highlight "Move messages based on content". Then, click on "specific words" in the second box.
As below screen, type "[Possible Spam]" in the text box.
Click on "Add" button. The word "[Possible Spam]" is now added to Search List. Then click on "OK" button.
You are now back to screen as below. Click on "specified" in the second box.
As below screen, click on "New".
